Extra Beam Time

Some experimental weeks are followed by one or two shifts of
'beam development' or 'training', which often involve substantial
beam delivery. We don't know the plans for beam very far ahead of
time, but it is wise to make travel arrangements that would allow
you to make use of this beam, should it materialize.

Some shifts are scheduled for beam delivery but also marked for
'maintenance if necessary'. Should this maintenance be necessary,
the beam will not be delivered for some hours at the beginning
of the week; the start of beam will be delayed somewhat.
